HomeownerThey came to connect our new well with our house. They dug trenches, laid and connected up pipes, put in submersible pump ,and his guy even laid out gravel we had delivered for our driveway. We got a new well drilled and needed someone to install a submersible pump and connect up the new well to the house. He came on time and finished it all in one day. He was very easy to deal with and an all around nice guy. We would definitely hire him again, though hopefully our well problems are over!

Fortunately it was nothing major in way of repairs but we were impressed with: the courtesy of those we spoke to, Dave the service person who came to the house, the immediate response when called the first time, arriving EXACTLY on time as booked and the cost of service (more than reasonable). I called Rick on Christmas Eve and he told me he was able to come out;however, if I was able to hold off till Monday the service would be cheaper on a non-holiday (that was really honest and nice of Rick). Monday came and Rick was at my front door at 8:30 a.m, as he said he would be. Rick diagnosed it was a bad pump; he replaced the pump in a couple of hours; and he charged me a very fair and honest price. I recommend Rick’s professional services.
Dick D. - Brookfield, CTFirst met Brett (owner) after he purchased business from Rick. Initially he upgraded our water treatment system and then provided ongoing maintenance. Earlier this year our pump bit the dust. We called Fred, he was here that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and (sadly) replaced the pump. About $1,200 job. He came today to do maintenance and installed installed back flush valves. To be honest, I have no idea how his prices compare to his competitors . His prices have always seemed reasonable to me. Never any “Oh by the way” charges. He always returns calls, is on site within 15 minutes of the appointment time (10:00 versus between 8:00 and noon); and, leaves things cleaner than they were when he got here. I believe you get what you pay for and Brett gives you your money’s worth and more. You can’t do better!!
